CJ ENM Showcases AI Storytelling at Toronto International Film Festival

CJ ENM AI creator Kim Seung-woo, who produced the AI animation 「'Cat Biggie', attended the conference under the theme of 「Unlocking New Possibilities for Storytelling through AI」. As an example of CJ ENM's AI content production, he received a lot of attention by introducing the AI short film 'M Hotel', which won the Best AI Film Award at the Cannes World Film Festival and the New York AMT Film Festival in 2024, respectively, and the AI animation series 'Cat Biggie'.
Don Allen Stevenson III, a Generative AI writer and professional engineer, hosted the conference. Also on the panel were experts in film, media, AI and technology, including Wonder Dynamics co-founder Nikola Todorovic, Playbook PLBK co-founder Christina Lee Storm and Puerto Rican filmmaker Angel Manuel Soto.

Meanwhile, CJ ENM's AI animation series 'Cat Biggie', launched in July, attracted worldwide attention and surpassed 10 million cumulative views. Following the success of 'Cat Biggie', CJ ENM is producing contents such as series and movies that contain Korean emotions through content-specific AI technology research.
