Actor Kim Go-eun (34) expressed her feelings about acting in her 20s, 30s, and 40s.

Kim Go-eun met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 22nd and interviewed the original Netflix series 'Eunjung and Sangyeon' (played by Song Hye-jin, directed by Cho Young-min).

Kim Go-eun played differently in her 20s, 30s, and 40s in the play, and was praised for her appearance and emotional changes according to the flow of age. Kim Go-eun "I thought that the early 20s would still be a period of teenage energy, so I put on weight thinking that it would be nice to have plump cheeks externally. I think I gained about 6kg. I wanted to express the feeling of being a freshman. I was not good at dealing with emotions, and I had that feeling" he opened his mouth.

Kim Go-eun "I think I've changed how much I've changed in my 30s because I'm in my 30s. Obviously, if it's different from the way you speak in your early 20s, it's the most active time to work. I thought that the influence from work would be revealed in the way I speak. There are occupations that emit such energy because the atmosphere varies depending on the type of job in which the energy is worked, so I tried to create that atmosphere, although I don't say that my walking, greeting, gestures, and attitude are a little more active than those in their 20s."

Kim Go-eun also said, `I think I saw a lot of people around me in my early 40s. Anyway, I haven't been to my 40s either, so the atmosphere will change a lot when I'm in my mid to late 40s, but when I think about my mid-30s to early 40s, nothing really changes. So I thought that making such a change might seem exaggerated in a way, so I gave it a feeling of calmness. I think I left the profession, and since it's a job where I write alone, I think I spent 10 years thinking about such calmness and changes in the atmosphere."

Kim Go-eun "At first, I gained 6kg and filmed my 20s, and then I lost 3kg and 3kg" confessed the secret.




Eunjung and Sangyeon is a work that tells the story of two friends who like and admire each other the most at every moment, and who are jealous, hateful, and intertwined throughout their lives. Kim Go-eun plays Ryu Eun-jung in the play, portraying the stories of people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
