Actor Gong Myung continues to do good deeds.

Gong Myung, who is engaged in various activities as an ambassador for World Vision, an international relief and development NGO, practiced another good deed on the occasion of Chuseok. World Vision announced on the 16th that Gong Myung delivered 50 million won in donations to be used for Chuseok gifts and facility space creation projects for children in child care facilities.

Gong Myung, who attended the delivery ceremony held at the World Vision headquarters, said, `We are here with the hope that the children will have a warm Chuseok holiday and a place to relax,' adding, `We will continue to work hard to help them where they need help," he said.

As a result, it is rumored that World Vision also expressed its gratitude for Gong Myung's constant interest and support.

In accordance with Gong Myung's will, the donation will be used to deliver warm holiday gifts to children in child care facilities, remodel the rooftop space in the facility to create a shelter where you can share your mind and relax to your heart's content. In addition, Gong Myung was found to visit the facility in person during the Chuseok holiday and participate in volunteer activities with children, adding to the warmth.

The good deed of resonance with World Vision began in 2024. Gong Myung, who first formed his relationship with World Vision through an out-of-home youth campaign, was appointed as an official ambassador in May of the same year and has continued to sponsor in various ways, including donations to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his actor's debut, drinking water projects in Bangladesh, and medical expenses for young people preparing for self-reliance. In March 2025, he participated in a campaign to support children affected by the war with Jung Geon-ju, Choi Hee-jin, Yoon So-hee, and Irene of his agency, Human Entertainment, and recently visited Uganda, Africa, to continue volunteer work.

As such, the steady good deeds of resonance, which do not spare support for children at home and abroad, give a great resonance. In particular, Gong Myung's deep sincerity to share happiness in the holiday is expected to give children a more special and warm holiday.

Gong Myung is loved by viewers all over the world for portraying various aspects of youth with his unrivaled sensibility and heavy presence as a mysterious transfer student in the Netflix film 『A History of Confession』.
