Kim Young-chul said "It's unfortunate news. For us, Jeon Yu-sung, a comedian, passed away last night.
Kim Young-chul said, `I felt that way when I heard the news. He was a senior who did a 'Gag Concert' with me and bought me three books as a rookie. I visited you last year and it's a morning that makes me think of many things. I'll pray for you to rest in a good place," he said.

Jeon Yu-seong underwent pneumothorax surgery in July, but has recently been treated for pneumothorax in both lungs. However, eventually, his condition worsened and he was hospitalized at Chonbuk National University Hospital and died. The mortuary of the deceased was set up at the funeral hall of Asan Medical Center in Seoul, and the funeral will be held as a comedy. He is survived by his daughter Jeon Je-bi.
Jeon Yu-sung, born in 1949, made his debut as a broadcast writer for TBC 'ShowShow' in 1969. He first used the word 'Gagman' and played a major role in establishing his position as a comedian.
