Singer and actor Nam Gyu-ri stepped up the menu development by announcing the opening of the 「Tangerine Restaurant" to keep her YouTube channel subscriber pledge.

On the 28th, a video titled 'Ep.14 Tangerine Restaurant Ready to Open | Working Hard to Develop a Menu! (feat. About Chef Park Joon-young)" was released on Nam Gyu-ri's YouTube channel 'Tangerine Meng'.

Regarding achieving 20,000 subscribers in three months after the channel opened, Nam Gyu-ri said, `Many people loved it in such a short time. We have 20,000 subscribers. Thank you so much," he said, expressing his appreciation.




Then "I promised to open a 'Tangerine Restaurant' if there are more than 10,000 people before, but I want to serve you the food I cooked myself." he said.

However, Nam Gyu-ri, who judged that it was difficult to prepare all the dishes alone and that it was not easy to guarantee the taste, said "We decided to invite Chef Park Joon-young, who was with us at a tangerine cafe, to learn the dishes."

Nam Gyu-ri took on the challenge by learning from menu selection to recipes. In particular, the main ingredient was 'pork belly', which showed enough affection to eat at home even when shooting at dawn.

Nam Gyu-ri devoted her heart and soul to learning from ingredient preparation to cooking process, and as a result, she completed three special menus: 'Pork belly tomato spaghetti'Mara cream brown rice risotto'Pork belly tteokbokki'.

Nam Gyu-ri followed and learned the cooking step by step while observing the cooking process of chef Park Joon-young.

After cooking, Nam Gyuri said, "It's really good," he exclaimed in admiration. He said "I think this is a great recipe. It's too creative," he praised.




Nam Gyu-ri said "I've cooked a little while saying "Tangerine" and used to just let it go and eat it, but these days, I feel that plating is important after cooking. If it's plated beautifully, it feels good when you eat it."

At the end of the video, Nam Gyu-ri said, "'I will give you another notice at about November 'Tangerine Meng'. We are planning to serve only 30 people, and up to one companion is possible" and "I hope you eat delicious food and have a happy time with me" he said.
