Park Jung-woon died at Asan Hospital in Songpa-gu, Seoul on September 17, 2022, while battling cirrhosis. He was 57.
The deceased was diagnosed with cirrhosis before his death and fought, but his health deteriorated and he eventually died.
Park Jung-woon was born in 1965 and spent his childhood in the United States. After that, he came to Korea in 1989 and started his music career.
He made his name known through the song 'Tomorrow Come When', which he sang with Jang Pil-soon and Oh Seok-jun, and rose to stardom after being loved with the song 'Tonight'.
Since then, it has been loved a lot by releasing ', 'Love for You Only', 'Your Eyes', 'You in My Arms, etc.
In particular, he appeared in KBS 2TV entertainment program 『Immortal Songs』, which aired in 2017. After that, he was immersed in music work, but died of poor health, causing regret.
