Actor Ryu Seung-beom expressed his deep affection for his family.

On the 20th, the YouTube channel 'Esquire Korea' posted a video of Ryu Seung-beom's interview.

In the video, when asked about the morning routine he wanted to try for 30 days "There's a morning routine that's been in place for quite a while. After giving birth, I got into the habit of sleeping about four years early and waking up early. These days, I fall asleep at around 8:30 to 9 o'clock and wake up at 4 to 4:30 a.m., he said.




"I get up in the morning, take a warm shower, exercise, pray, and have my own routine for about three hours," he said. "My goal is to keep my morning routine in place for 30 days, 30 years, rather than doing anything new."

As for what he did well even if he thought about it 30 times, Ryu Seung-beom said "Starting a family." He said "It's a blessing to me every day to build my own family, and I've done a good job."I'm grateful and happy to meet such a fate, which is very meaningful for me."

Thirty years later, when asked what he wanted to say to his daughter Naeli, he answered "I love you very much" and showed a 'daughter fool".




Meanwhile, Ryu Seung-beom married a Slovakian painter 10 years younger in 2020 and has a daughter. He will appear in the new Netflix original film 'Good News' which will be released on October 17.
