On the 29th, Joo Ho-min posted an article titled 'Spreading false information again' on his online cafe, expressing his direct explanation and legal response to various false claims that have recently emerged.
Joo Ho-min "False facts are spreading as posts about the trial posted yesterday spread to various places. I can no longer sit idly by," he said, expressing strong displeasure with the recent rapid spread of rumors online.
In particular, he stressed that the two things are different from the facts, such as the claim that there was no comment 'Rat Baby' in the recording and the claim that there was no argument 'It is not abuse because the intelligence was low."
Joo Ho-min explained, "The remarks of 'rat' in the recording were analyzed by multiple organizations, and some institutions judged that they could hear it and others could not hear it, so they were not adopted as evidence in the end."
He also argued that the remark, "'It's not an abuse because you don't understand it because you're low-intelligence,' was actually said by one of the special teacher's lawyers in court, adding, "'It's not my comment' when the lawyer was criticized.'
Joo Ho-min then said that the netizens he sued had been asking for an agreement, warning that `we will take strong legal action against false information spreaders in the future.'
Special teacher A, who was previously accused of emotionally abusing Joo Ho-min's son, was fined (sentenced) in the first trial, but was acquitted in the second trial. The Appeal Tribunal cannot recognize the admissibility of evidence of secretly recorded conversations," he said, raising his hand for the special teacher.
On the other hand, Joo Ho-min said on his YouTube on the 29th that he opposes students carrying recorders in general classes. However, recording may be the last means of protection in places where it is difficult to express one's opinion, such as special classes and nursing homes.
