William Shakespeare's original mask play 'Twenty', which shows a crazy party of love, will meet with the audience at the Daehangno District Art Hall until the 5th.
Twelfth Night is one of Shakespeare's top five comedies and a representative romantic comedy. It is also loved in modern times as a happy story in which all the loops of love that were twisted like threads are solved. 'Twenty' means January 6th, 12 days after Christmas. This is the last day of the Christmas festival celebrating the birth of Jesus, and there was a tradition in Europe of holding several festivals from Christmas to the night of January 6. The play '12' also seems to have been performed at this festival.

The main characters of '12' are twin brother 'Sebastian' and sister 'Viola'. They are separated from each other by a storm during the voyage. Viola disguises herself as a man named 'Cesario' until she meets her brother and decides to become a servant to the Duke of Osino. And Sebastian wanders for his broken sister, Viola. In the meantime, Duke Osino is in love with a beautiful lady named 'Olivia'. But Olivia is cold to Osino and all the men who like her. One day, a man-dressed woman, 'Jesario', goes to Olivia's house to deliver Duke Osino's letter. As Olivia loves Cesario, an unpredictable love story unfolds.
The creative group 'If You Go There' has recreated 'Twenty-Yi' into a mask play. All the characters wear anti (半) masks to suit their characters and act. The movement and expression style of actors wearing masks and covering their faces will give the audience another experience and further highlight the unique comedy. In addition, it deals with the most primitive human emotion of 'Love' that everyone of all ages sympathizes with, so anyone can enjoy watching it.

The mask play 'Twenty' was once again recognized for its cinematic quality by winning the Grand Prize, Directing Award, and Male Actor Award at the 35th Geochang International Theater Festival in 2025. In addition to the creative group 'If You Go There', led by Chung-Ang University professor Paik Nam-young, has performed various mask plays. The official participation in the 2010 Seoul Theater Olympics 'Bahnhof', the mask theater industry's steady seller 'Sora Star Story', and the non-verbal mask performance 'The Messenger' were well received both at home and abroad.
'Twenty' will be performed until the 5th (Sun) at Daehak-ro 'Earthin Art Hall'. Weekday performances are available at 7:30 p.m., and public holiday and weekend performances are available at 3 p.m.
