500,000 YouTuber Sung Ji-in's 'All Willed' was convicted of hacking rival customer information

According to an exclusive report by the E-Daily on the 14th, Judge Heo Seo-yoon of the Seoul Central District Court ordered Shin Min-ho, CEO of Teki Co., Ltd., to two years in prison, three years of probation, and 160 hours of community service. The company was fined 7 million won.
The court said "The defendant, who runs a marriage information company, commissioned a hacker to obtain customer information of the same industry without permission."It is highly likely to be criticized because the scale of personal information acquired is large and there is a circumstance in which it was attempted to use it for business purposes."
Tecki Co., Ltd., led by CEO Shin, is the operator of 'All wills' and is a co-representative system with the Holy Land CEO. CEO Sung appeared on KBS 'The boss's ears are donkey ears', tvN 'Couple Palace', SBS 'Take Off and Dolsing Foreman', and is running a love counseling YouTube channel 'All will' with about 490,000 subscribers.
According to the investigation, CEO Shin hired a professional hacker in the second half of 2020 to steal customer information from other marriage information companies several times. He is accused of illegally acquiring hundreds of thousands of personal information, including 68,000 cases from Company A, 31,000 cases from Company B, and 152,000 cases from Company C. It was found that he handed over about 10 million won to the hacker.
It was also confirmed that CEO Sung, who was working for a marriage information company at the time, was involved. CEO Sung gave CEO Shin access to the customer management system of the company where he worked, and CEO Shin used it to leak the names, ages, and contact information of 116 customers. Representative Sung was questioned by police as a suspect, but was not handed over to trial.
On the other hand, 'All wills' provides a premium marriage information service with the concept of providing unlimited meetings based on the profile of selected members.
