G-Dragon Stuns World Leaders With Unique Performance at APEC Summit Dinner

G-Dragon was the only K-pop artist invited to perform for about 10 minutes at the APEC summit welcome dinner held at the Rahane Hotel Grand Banquet in Gyeongju on October 31.
On this day, he is an APEC 2025 ambassador, G-Dragon," he appeared on stage, introducing himself. In particular, it drew attention by adding pearl decorative straps to the fedora and appeared in a unique style reminiscent of the Korean tradition 'God'. On his stage, leaders of each country, including President Lee Jae-myung, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, and Chilean Foreign Minister Alberto Van Claveren, applauded and cheered. Some leaders and entourage took out their cell phones and filmed his performance, directly experiencing the power of K-pop.
G-Dragon's gated-style hat also drew attention online, evoking the character of the Netflix animation 'K-pop Demon Hunters'.

Meanwhile, the dinner was held under the theme of 「Journey of Butterfly: Together, We Fly」, and dancers Honey J and Ri Jung, a children's choir, and 11-year-old violinist Kim Yu-na performed together. Cha Eun-woo, who is serving in the military, was in charge of the society.
