Through this written interview, Gian84 frankly confessed his laughter and pain, and his hot journey from 'Run Alone' to 'Crujang84'. In addition, the vivid behind-the-scenes experienced at the filming site of 'Extreme 84' raise expectations for the broadcast.
Q. How many marathons have you participated in so far? What were the limits of each?
"'Extreme 84' competed in three competitions. It seems to be divided into three parts: heat, cold, and hangover."
Q. What was the most difficult moment during the shoot?
"I think the competition was always difficult. It was hard to prepare in the hot weather of over 30 degrees Celsius, and I think the second marathon was hard. Speaking of festivals rather than records, I think the marathon I ran with a hangover was horribly painful."
Q. What was the most extreme moment in your body or mind while completing the extreme course?
"It's hard to pick one because the pain is different every moment, but the things I've practiced in the last third competition passed like a beacon light, so the most memorable competition was that day. When the remaining distance was over, the running in the `Extreme 84' ended, so I could see the remaining distance unfortunately for the first time."

"I think I went to a competition where I kept running alone. Although there is a camera director and the production crew do play in the middle, I think we need to have a running mate who participates together to go further. Like you have to do military service or hard work together to endure and go. I think the sympathy that we're having a hard time together really helped us a lot."
Q. Can you introduce the crew members you ran with?
"Kwon Hwa-woon is a really good player. As if I were born differently, if I were a chicken, I think he was born an ostrich. I think he ran really well and had a good heart. I think I learned a lot from him while running together. In addition, there are three people who are new to the marathon. There are two men and two women. Anyway, I personally enjoyed watching other participants running for the first time from the side. It reminds me of the first time I went to the tournament, and I think I felt a sense of responsibility to do better as a crew leader."
MBC's ultra-extreme running entertainment show `Extreme 84' will premiere at 9:10 p.m. on the 30th, about Gian84 jumping into an imaginary course exceeding 42.195km and challenging himself to the end in an extreme marathon environment.
