Kangin posted a poster for the fan meeting tour on his account on the 12th. He said "The comeback you've been waiting for. It took a long time, but I finally got here. Kangin will hold his first solo fan meeting tour next year."
Kangin will meet with global fans in Ho Chi Minh City (January 24), Mexico City (January 28), Lima (January 30), and Santiago (February 1), starting with Manila on January 11, 2026.
Ayumi said "Fighting," while Jo Mi and Kim Ki-beom, who worked as Super Junior, expressed their support with emoticons and Heechul Kim cheers.
Kangin debuted as a member of Super Junior in 2005. At the beginning of his debut, he was a key member of the team, showing off his natural visuals and sense of entertainment, but his moments of glory were short.
In 2009, Kangin caused a drunk hit-and-run accident and was fined for violating the law on aggravated punishment for specific crimes. Kangin, who has been self-reflecting for eight months, returned to Super Junior's 6th regular album 'Sexy, Free and Single' after completing his military service.
However, he was fined 7 million won for his second drunk driving traffic accident in 2016, and in 2017, he was involved in an assault case while drinking, causing controversy.
And he was even suspected of being a member of Jung Joon-young's group chat room in 2019. Kangin and Jung Joon-young were only in a so-called 'business' relationship, and Kangin was found to have nothing to do with Jung Joon-young's illegal filming distribution and was cleared of charges in a police investigation, but Kangin decided to withdraw from Super Junior.
Since then, Kangin has been self-reflecting for a long time. He only communicated passively through his own personal channel from time to time, but did not engage in official activities. Kang-in has stretched his activities for the first time in six years. Attention is focusing on his return to Korea, which has turned to overseas instead of domestic.
