Newzins declared in November last year that the exclusive contract was terminated due to Adore's breach of contract. The court cited all of Odor's applications for provisional injunction and ruled that the exclusive contract between Newzins and Ador was also valid.
Newzins claimed that the trust relationship broke down due to Adore's wrongful dismissal of former CEO Min Hee-jin, but the court refused to accept all the members' claims.
