Newzins declared in November last year that the exclusive contract was terminated due to Adore's breach of contract. However, the court ruled that the exclusive contract between Adore and Newzins was valid. In response, Newzins said he would appeal immediately, but changed his position on the 12th, a day before the appeal period.
