Park Soo-hong's side previously filed a lawsuit against A and the company in September 2023 to claim a contract amount worth about 500 million won for using Park Soo-hong's face for more than a year in unauthorized advertising.
The case is currently being heard by Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court, and although the court recommended reconciliation, the difference between the two sides has not been narrowed.
Lawyer Chae also rejected the court's decision to reconcile that "Mr. A should pay part of the modeling fee to Park Soo-hong"It's absurd that he made a threat claim in two years."
"As the police investigation has made it clear that Mr. A's allegations are false, we will firmly prepare legal action against all future acts that damage Park Soo-hong's reputation."
