Judith released her second album 'let' on the 20th and posted a behind-the-scenes video of the album's production on her personal channel. The released video drew attention as it featured a meeting between Justis and Yoo Seung-joon. Yoo Seung-joon, who participated in the featuring of Track 20 'let'Home', enthusiastically participated in the recording.
Although it was not listed as an official feature, it is the first time in 23 years to hear Yoo Seung-joon's voice through the album.
Yoo Seung-joon was banned from entering the country in 2002 when he said he would return from overseas performances, giving up his Korean citizenship and obtaining U.S. citizenship.
When Yoo Seung-joon was rejected by the Consulate General of LA in 2015 to issue an overseas Korean visa (F-4), he filed a lawsuit to cancel the denial of visa issuance and won both times. Nevertheless, when the Consulate General of LA refused to issue visas, Yoo Seung-joon filed a third administrative lawsuit against the Consulate General of LA and the Ministry of Justice. The court ruled in favor of Yoo Seung-joon in a lawsuit to cancel the denial of visa issuance. However, the lawsuit filed with the Ministry of Justice to confirm the absence of the entry ban decision was dismissed.
Accordingly, the Consulate General of LA has submitted an appeal.
