Director Yeon has built a unique world view of 'Yonibus' by presenting works of various genres. He is a story about the destruction and salvation of those who believe only in what they want to see and believe in what they want to see. Unlike the previous work, he ruled out fantasy elements and tried to show a more intimate form of psychological thriller with realistic tones and acting."

Regarding the difference from the original work of the same name, "It follows the big content of the original work, but there is a lot of difference in terms of tone. First, Sung Min-chan is a secular character in the original, but in the movie, he painted it as a normal and faithful character to make it easier for audiences to move in. In the case of Lee Yeon-hee, she was portrayed as a strong character in the original, but in the movie, I thought it would be good to show her anxiety that she might break down in her guilt. It seemed that a dramatic element would occur in the big flow of the movie only if it was a more sensitive and unknown image when it would break down", he explained.

The actors also completed the acting ensemble with explosive synergy. In the play, Ryu Jun-yeol played the role of pastor Sung Min-chan, who witnessed the revelation of God. On the acting-focused part, he said, `I wanted to be seen as a transparent person with a sincere and clean view of work because my job is a pastor," he said.

As for how I joined the work "I was attracted by the fact that I could meet with viewers all over the world. Director Yeon seems to have been interested in Alfonso Cuarón because there were so many fans abroad. This work tells the story of human nature. It showed realistically what choices human faith makes and how far it can go. If you look at the existing director's work, there are fantasy elements and creative works. On the other hand, 'Gye Si-rok' is very realistic, so I thought that viewers all over the world would sympathize with 'Isn't it my story?' he explained.

He also shared his thoughts after completing his first work with director Yeon. Ryu Jun-yeol said "As I heard rumors, it was a scene where the actors and staff were all happy. There were also moments when imagination flashed rationally in the so-called world view of 'Yonibus'Yonniverse' was more than I imagined" he expressed his admiration.

Shin Hyun-bin, who played detective Lee Yeon-hee, who suffers from the illusion of his dead brother, said, `I wanted him to look casual because he was not interested in taking care of himself in style.' `I cut my hair short, dressed up as freckles or dark circles. Fortunately, the makeup helped even when acting. Since I didn't put on any makeup, my skin tone changed a lot when I was acting in the emotional scene."

He also talked about the preparation process, as he performed the high-level car-chasing and action scenes in the work. Shin Hyun-bin went to action school and practiced hard, and the really difficult scene was helped. On the contrary, because I prepared a lot, it went smoothly on the spot. This movie was also a new experience for me. Since I don't usually drive a car that violently, it's scary and funny even when I keep practicing. I laughed and drove when I was practicing as well."

Shin Min-jae, who played Kwon Yang-rae, a suspected ex-convict in the disappearance case, said, "(Kwon Yang-rae) is a criminal who has been released from prison, so I hope he will convey his displeasure to the viewers." Since then, I've been thinking a lot with the makeup team, and I've shaved my hair as if I'm a person with hair loss, and I wanted to give it as unpleasant and ominous as possible through scars and so on."

Earlier, he appeared in director's works from 'Jeongi' to 'Seonsan' and 'Parasite Water: The Gray'. Shin Min-jae wrote "Thankfully, the director used me, so I worked on a total of four works up to "Gye Si-rok". I was nervous because the size of the role became bigger than other works, but I was able to enjoy filming because I was so willing. I'm not lying, but director Yeon's scene is so much that I want to go out on a break," he said. "I was also very nervous and excited to hear that Alfonso Cuarón would participate in our film."

In particular, at the production briefing on the day, he received hot attention for his resemblance to director Yeon Sang-ho. Director Yeon Sang-ho said, `Shin Min-jae plays a small role in 'Jeongi', and 'Seonsan' is not my work, so I didn't cast him. In 'Gisaengsoo: The Gray', I appear as the owner of a motorcycle shop, and the makeup team thought I was coming in and was surprised. Since then, the staff has called him 'Doppelgänger', but he said "I don't think I look like Shin Min-jae at all"

Shin Min-jae said "I went to the staff's wedding before, and someone pretended to know 'face' He said he'd expect it, 'I'm not coming out there' and he said 'Oh my!" I guess he looks like the director. But I didn't get cast because I looked like the director."

Finally, Ryu Jun-yeol said, "'Isn't it an occult genre?' after the movie trailer was released. It's a very realistic story and a story that anyone can sympathize with. "I believe that viewers not only in Korea but also around the world will enjoy watching it. " he said with confidence.
