'Run to Live' is a sports reality entertainment about stars who have lived different lives challenging the marathon to overcome their wounds and limitations. Sean, who is famous as a marathon donation angel, and Lee Young-pyo, a former national soccer player, will appear as the head of the operation and deputy head, respectively, while Bae Sung-jae and Yang Se-hyung will appear as the broadcasting staff. The cast included Heo Jae, Bang Eun-hee, Yang So-young, Bae Yoon-jung, Sleepy, Jeong Ho-young, Son Jeong-eun, Choi Jun-seok, Lee Jang-jun, Kim Seung-jin, and Cho Jin-hyung.
The most eye-catching event at the production presentation was the opportunity for the marathon challenge revealed by the cast. Former baseball player Yang Jun-hyuk said, `I'm in my mid-50s now, and the baby is 100 days old. I thought I should run harder for my child"I want to have a second child and order baseball." You have to be healthy to do that"I laughed. He married 19 years younger jazz singer Park Hyun-sun in 2021, and had a late daughter in December last year.
Trot singer Ahn Sung-hoon was far from working out throughout his 20s and 30s except when he was in the military. His name is Ahn Sung-hoon, but his goal is Choo Sung-hoon. I want to be a strong man," he said, seriously expressing his ambition. He couldn't help saying, `I can play with legendary seniors.'"I didn't miss my unique pleasant talk.
Yul-hee, a former member of the group La Boom, said "As I had never worked out before, I was most curious about how far I could go over my limit," he said, explaining the reason for his appearance. Then "I wanted to go beyond my passion and run with a special mind. I aimed to finish the race with the feeling of running with the children." Yul-hee confessed that she became more sincere about the marathon as she was stimulated by her child, saying, "'I think I'll run better than my mother.'"
Producer Bang Il, who oversaw the production, said "It's not just a running program. He introduced "Content that makes you feel the meaning of looking back on yourself and running together" and cited Park Bo-gum, Ryu Jun-yeol, and Lim Si-wan as stars he wants to appear in the future. He even imagines that Chow Yun-fat runs a half marathon in Hong Kong someday," he added.
In addition, the winner will be provided with carbon credits and travel benefits worth about 20 million won, including an opportunity to compete in the Sydney Marathon, and the fact that donations can be made by participation itself adds to the meaning of the program.
'Run to Live' will premiere at 8:20 p.m. on the 19th.
