In JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 「The Art of Negotiation」 (script Lee Seung-young, director Ahn Pan-seok), team leader Yoon Jun-no (Lee Je-hoon) and his team members visit the golf course, a new M&A project, signaling an uncomfortable meeting with Oh Soon-young (Kim Dae-myeong)'s old friend Jung Bon-joo (Jang Ji-yeon).
Earlier, all members of the Sanin M&A team along with Yoon Jun-ho were on the verge of resigning from the Dado Resort, where Song Ji-oh (SONGZIO), the daughter of Chairman Song Jae-sik (Sung Dong-il), is represented. On top of that, Yoon Jun-ho even received an executive offer from Song Jae-sik, giving a foreboding to a change in the status of the M&A team.
Nevertheless, the industrial group still has to write off the remaining debt in order to survive. In the next step, the M&A team puts the golf course on the negotiating stage. The golf course offered by the mountaineer is located in a mountainous and clear water, and it is a product that is attractive to buyers. At this rate, it is expected to go through the sale process smoothly, unlike in previous transactions.
However, Oh Soon-young is showing signs of acting as a variable in the negotiations as she meets her friend Jeong Bon-joo, who is working as an employee at a golf course. Above all, Oh Soon-young is an employee of the headquarters who came to sell the golf course, and the original owner is on the verge of selling the company, so the interests of the two will inevitably clash.
In response, the M&A team will seek a suitable buyer and multi-play that is responsible for the fraud of employees in the golf course. Above all, I wonder if Oh Soon-young and Jung Bon-ju's friendship will be maintained even after the deal is completed.
