Disaster comedy film 'Virus' (directed by Kang Yi-kwan, produced by The Lamp) will be released on May 7, six years after cranking up in 2019.

Bae Doo-na, who gives each film an irreplaceable presence, Kim Yun-seok, an acting master who represents Korean films, Jang Ki-ha, an all-rounder artist, and Son Seok-gu, a popular actor who joined with special appearances. The first trailer, which was released together, shows translator Taek-sun, who is in depression mode due to the disappearance of love cells, missing laughter, and loss of motivation, feeling excited and better overnight for no reason. Three men appear one after another, from Yeon-woo, an elementary school classmate who immediately notices Taek-sun's unfamiliar appearance, to Dr. Lee Kyun, who is searching for Taek-sun, and Lee Kyun, who finally meets Taek-sun, informs that all these changes are due to the symptoms of the 'toxovirus' that fall in love the moment he is infected. The conversation between Taekseon with 'super antibody' and Lee Kyun, the only expert who can develop 'toxin virus' treatment, raises questions about their unexpected journey together in the future.

A film adaptation of Lee Ji-min's novel The Extreme Period of Youth 'Virus' depicts an unexpected journey of a woman infected with a virus who falls in love for no reason with three men, including a researcher Mossol, an old classmate, and the only expert who can make a cure.
