Director Min Jin-ki and writer Yoon Ki-young of Genie TV's original drama 『Shin Byeong 3" (directed by Min Jin-ki and Cho Je-wook, scripted by Yoon Ki-young and Kang Go-eun, original Jang Pizu, planned KT Studio Genie, produced by A2G Entertainment and Story Island) were interviewed at somewhere in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 30th.

The main story of Shinbyeong 3 is a season in which Yoon Ki-young took charge of the main story instead of the original author Jang Pizzu. This season 3 also caught the attention of female viewers. Along with the appearances of attractive actors such as Kim Yo-han and Kim Dong-joon, the character of Sergeant Park Min-joo, played by Lee Soo-ji, is also notable. The setting in which female soldiers are not simply consumed as gender devices but exert a strong presence based on military capabilities highlighted the difference from existing military objects.
The recent `New Disease' series also confirmed the production of season four. Ahead of Season 4, Director Min said, `I want to go beyond the soldiers-centered story and contain the family, love, and realistic concerns of professional soldiers", foreshadowing an expanded world view.
