Dongtan Kidnapping Murder, She already knew...A year's worth of voice files

Screams rang out in an apartment complex in Dongtan on the morning of May 12. After the scream, the woman was bleeding with her hands tied to a cable tie and her head covered with a black cloth. She was a woman in her 30s, Kim, and the culprit was none other than her ex-boyfriend Lee.
After brutally killing Kim, Lee killed himself at his previous home. Police found a computer file at the house containing a suicide note left by Lee and the circumstances in which he planned the crime. The suicide note contained a defamation of Kim, saying he was doing something illegal, but this was different from the truth.
The victim, Kim, has been recording his conversation with Lee for a year as if he foresaw the danger that would come to him. His threats, obsession, and irrational anger were vividly captured in the recording, which lasted 23 hours. An acquaintance who provided the file to the production team said "The last testimony she left with her life."
"I want to know" traces the police's failure to respond, the victim's desperate appeal, and the question of why he failed to prevent this tragedy through this broadcast. There was certainly an advance warning and evidence existed, but the tragedy was not prevented. What is the cause.
'I want to know about it' will air at 11:10 p.m. on the 31st.
