On the other hand, researchers at the University of Chicago, published in 2022, showed the possibility of the technology by dividing the whole of Chicago into 300 square meters and predicting the likelihood of a specific crime, releasing a week later that 90% of them fit.
Korea also introduced Pre-CAS, a crime prevention system using algorithms, across the country, and Dejaview, a system in which AI that learns CCTV images and big data automatically detects dangerous situations, was partially introduced.
