Actor Lee Mi-do expressed her feelings at the end of the `24:00 Health Club'.

Lee Mi-do appeared as Rosa, an empathetic health trainer who corrects both the body and mind of the members in KBS2 '24:00 Health Club" (scripted by Kim Ji-soo, director Park Joon-soo and Choi Yeon-soo), which ended on the 5th.

Rosa is a long-time favorite of the '24 o'clock Health Club'. As an indispensable being in the '24 o'clock gym', Rosa always treated her members kindly and got the modifier 'empathy trainer'.

"It's the basics of a trainer to sympathize with a member's heart.", "There is no trainer left alone when a member is having a hard time."The line " gives a glimpse of Rosa's temperament. Rosa touched the hearts of her members as well as her fellow trainers, going beyond health trainers and establishing herself as a 'life trainer' for everyone.

The process of Rosa's body and mind growing was another point to watch at the '24 o'clock Health Club'. Rosa formed a strange atmosphere with Roy (Kim Kwon), the director of a rival gym, in the final episode, and was scouted to the position of director and recognized for her ability as a trainer. In particular, Rosa truly understood Do Hyun-joong (Lee Joon-young), who was in a bitter relationship, and was reborn as a relationship of respect for each other, giving warmth.

Lee Mi-do, who played Rosa, said "Because it was a character I really wanted to play, I went to shoot with more affection. I had so much fun while filming, but I was happy that the chemistry of those actors was well contained in the drama."

Lee Mi-do then learned how much I love exercising while filming "'24 o'clock Health Club". Exercise seems to be a process of loving my body and loving myself, not just the purpose of physical training. I'm going to start working out again today with my loved ones."

In particular, Lee Mi-do participated in a fitness competition in the play and showed off her solid body, so it was not easy to prepare for the competition because the preparation period was about a month and a half, and she filmed at the same time. On days when there was no shooting, I always did muscle exercise, and I did aerobic exercise twice in the morning and at night. Even during the break, I worked out from time to time using the exercise equipment on the set. It was a good experience to know how hard the actual players are preparing for the tournament", drawing attention by mentioning the reason why he showed a high synchronicity with the character.

Meanwhile, Lee Mi-do will make a special appearance as a shaman in the third episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Roh Moo-jin' which airs at 9:50 p.m. on the 6th.
