Dongsang Imong 2, which has been in charge of Monday nights for seven years since its first broadcast in July 2017, is a long-lived entertainment show that has recorded the highest viewership per minute of 15.8%, YouTube cumulative views of 1.8 billion views, and No. 1 for 76 consecutive weeks.
The program, which has been loved by viewers through the narratives of authentic couples 'Dongsang Imong', has produced as many as 90 doomed couples. Starting with Lee Jae-myung and Kim Hye-kyung, various couples, including Choo Ja-hyun, Woo Hyo-gwang, Han Go-eun, Shin Young-soo, Son Ji-chang-Oh Yeon-soo, Jin Jin-jin-Ryu Seo-ee, and Seven-Lee Da-hae, proved their popularity with realistic concerns and warm daily lives. From 2020 to recently, he was listed 82 times only for top-ranked non-drama performers in the top trending and keyword search.
Marking the 400th episode, the production team planned a special broadcast for six weeks, heralding an all-time lineup.
