An official from director Park Chan-wook's production company, Mohofilm, said in an interview with Sports Chosun on the 12th that `Recently, the news of Park Chan-wook's expulsion from the WGA was reported by the U.S. foreign media. Director Park had already finished filming 'Co-worker' when the Writers Guild of America, which took place in 2023, continued its massive strike. However, HBO, the distribution studio of 'Co-worker', received a request for revision for some of the second half of the editing, and director Park only shared simple ideas with Don McKelly as a co-showrunner.
