Director Yeon Sang-ho said, `It was the driving force of my movie life that I wanted to make a movie with a new soul. A new body was needed to have a new soul. Formally invited to the 50th Toronto International Film Festival Special Presentation Section, 'Face' tells the story of a blind but reborn man, a master of all fields, and his son digging into the mystery of the death of his wife and mother, who have been buried for 40 years.
