Director Lee Sang-geun said, "The devil moved in."Through ', he expressed his feelings about working with actor Ahn Bo-hyun for the first time.

Actor Kim Sun-ho was initially on the list for Gil-gu, but the controversy over his personal life in 2021 raised the issue of casting replacement. Since then, Ahn Bo-hyun has finally joined and the casting has been completed. Director Lee said, `At first, I didn't think of the Gilgu character clearly. I thought of an image of a cartoon character that is pure and pure, but it doesn't exactly come to mind as a person. For some reason, I thought it would be good to cast someone completely different from what I thought. I searched a lot to see who would be such an actor, and Bo-hyun came to mind. It's macho and thick, so I wanted to show off my unexpected charms," he said.
