Ko Kyung-pyo’s Psychological Drama ‘Maze’ Lands BIFF Vision Slot

Actor Ko Kyung-pyo proves his presence on the screen.

Ko Kyung-pyo will attend various events such as red carpet events, stage greetings, and conversations with the audience (GV) through the 30th Busan International Film Festival Vision Section official invitation 'MAZE', which will open on the 17th of next month.

The Busan International Film Festival, which marks its 30th anniversary this year, introduces works with fresh perspectives by expanding and reorganizing the vision section, and Ko Kyung-pyo's film 『Miro" was also selected as one of them.

'Miro' is a psychological drama that begins with the story of English (Ko Kyung-pyo), a man who has lost his wife and is trapped in a crack in his life. It is a work about the process of approaching the truth of the case and facing the inner side that has been turned away through private detective Ha-ji (Wi Ji-won), and expectations are high for Ko Kyung-pyo's delicate and dense performance.

In particular, Ko Kyung-pyo was deeply involved in the entire creative process by directly participating in planning, production, and editing beyond acting in this work. His move to expand his field of activity from an actor to a creator adds more special meaning to 'Miro'.

In addition, he recently demonstrated his presence through entertainment by playing in the original TVing entertainment show 「Great Escape: The Story」, and continues his journey to encompass entertainment and screen at the Busan International Film Festival by showing his deep inner acting as an actor.

Meanwhile, 'Miro' will be released as the world premiere at the 30th Busan International Film Festival, and after the movie's screening, Ko Kyung-pyo and director Shin Sun will be on stage to host the GV.
