The first teaser released by the production team of JTBC's new Friday series "My Youth" on the 13th showed the moment of the reunion between Sun Woo-hae (Song Joong-ki) and Sung Je-yeon (Cheon Woo-hee), who were their first loves when they were 19.
'My Youth' depicts the process of Sun Woo-hae, a former child star, novelist, and florist who started his normal life late, and Sung Je-yeon, his first love, meeting again and finding her forgotten self.
Sung Je-yeon's line in the video "If you never thought about yourself in your life, you'd be lying. "You brought me back to that moment in an instant," he said, raising his long-held feelings and "Did you miss me too? Sun Woo-hae's voice, "How I grew up..." conveyed his longing.
The teaser raised expectations by compressing the affection for each other and the unchanging feelings of first love. Song Joong-ki has turned into a person who has exhausted his youth for a living since his short heyday, and Chun Woo-hee is a firm and straightforward management team leader who breaks down the calmness of his first love.
The `reunion romance' that the two will rewrite is expected to tap viewers' hearts.
