On the 11th, at the Seongsu headquarters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, a joint project contract signing ceremony for SBS "Our Ballad" was held with CEO Park Tae-hyun of SM C&C, CAO Lee Sung-soo of SM Entertainment, CEO Park Jung-hoon of SBS Studio Prism, and Choi Young-in of SBS Studio Prism.
SBS Our Ballad is a new music audition program presented by SBS, a renowned Korean audition master, and is a music audition program that seeks the voice of 2025 to sing a new ballad that was my song at that time. Audition participants in their teens and 20s will remake songs that remind them of the past of the older generation, creating a time to spread empathy between generations as well as providing deep empathy and comfort. At the joint business contract signing ceremony, SM C&C, Korea's cultural content company and leading management company, SM Entertainment, the leader of K-pop, and SBS Studio Prism gathered together to discuss the overall business related to 「Our Ballad」 and the future activities of artists that the program will produce.
In particular, the signing of the joint business contract raised expectations for the future of SM C&C's ambition to expand its business areas such as singer management, music and performance based on its solid entertainment, actor management system and multi-year broadcasting production infrastructure.
