The movie 'Zombie Daughter' is cruising toward the 1.5 million mark.

According to the Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets on the 3rd, 'Zombie Daughter' mobilized 478,519 people the day before. The cumulative number of viewers was 1,452,254, exceeding 1 million in just four days after its release.

This is one day faster than this year's biggest box office hit 'Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning', and it exceeded 1 million viewers in the shortest period of time this year along with Bong Joon-ho's film 'Mickey17'. It is also expected that 'Zombie Daughter' will continue its box office formula as the No. 1 movie this summer, with the same record as the top box office hit 'Pilot' in the summer of 2023 and the top box office hit 'Pilot'.

The main characters of 'Zombie Daughter' also released proof shots of 1 million in return for the audience's support. Director Pilgam-seong, actors Cho Jung-seok, Lee Jung-eun, Cho Yeo-jeong, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Choi Yu-ri expressed their gratitude to the audience, boasting a chemistry that is as warm as the movie.

Meanwhile, 'Zombie Daughter' is a comic drama about a father of a daughter who went into top-secret training to protect her daughter, who became the last zombie in the world, and is playing in theaters nationwide.
