'The Ugly’ Tops Box Office for 6 Days, Surpasses 600,000 Viewers

Mystery film 'The Ugly' (directed by Yeon Sang-ho, produced by Wow Point) showed off its potential by keeping the top spot in the box office for six consecutive days.

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater admission tickets on the 21st, 'The Ugly' attracted 113,138 audiences on the 20th, recording 632,171 cumulative audiences, maintaining the top spot in the overall box office. 'The Ugly' is a story about a blind man who becomes a craftsman in all fields, his son, and his wife and mother who have been buried for 40 years.
