In the 10th episode of Genie TV's original 『Good Woman Buscemi" (played by Hyun Kyu-ri, directed by Park Yoo-young), Chairman Ko Sung-ho (Moon Sung-geun) who died appeared in front of Kim Young-ran (Jeon Yeo-bin), shocking the development beyond expectations. Kim Young-ran, who was arrested at the police station on charges of murder due to Ga Sun-young's own drama, succeeded in clearing himself of the blame without the help of lawyer Lee Don (Seo Hyun-woo). On top of that, Gaseon-woo (Lee Chang-min), who had evidence of Gaseon-young's murder of Gae-rim (Lee Da-eun) in New York, first offered Kim Young-ran a deal, and the revenge plan seemed to be going smoothly.
However, knowing all of Ga Sun-woo's plans and whereabouts, Ga Sun-young ordered Gil Ho-se (Yang Kyung-won) to remove all Ga Sun-woo and Kim Young-ran and bring evidence. Ga Sun-young's viciousness of trying to kill even her own brother, who shared blood to achieve his goal, caused eerieness.
