Lim Ji-yeon and Heo Nam-jun Star in SBS 2026 Romance Drama

SBS announced on the 16th that a new Friday-Saturday drama starring Lim Ji-yeon and Heo Nam-joon will premiere next year.
'Awesome New World' is a film about a romance between a Joseon evil girl possessed by an unknown Korean actor in 2026 and a third generation of a chaebol (internet term for hate relationship).
Im Ji-yeon tries to play the role of Kang Dan-sim, an evil girl who was called the "Yo-nyeo who shakes the country" in the Joseon Dynasty, and Shin-seo, an unknown actor with her soul. Heo Nam-joon played Cha Se-gye, a leading heir to Cha Il Group and branded as a power-cracking conglomerate, heralding an intense character transformation.
Producer Han Tae-seop, who directed Cheer Up, and writer Kang Hyun-joo, who wrote Soulmate, directed the play.
Meanwhile, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama starring Lim Ji-yeon and Heo Nam-joon will air in 2026.
