Ryu Seung-ryong Transforms into a 25-Year Veteran Manager in JTBC’s ‘The Story of Manager Kim’

JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 「The Story of Manager Kim who works at a large company in Seoul」 (directed by Cho Hyun-tak, scripted by Kim Hong-ki and Yoon Hye-sung, produced by SLL, drama house, Baro Entertainment) will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on the 25th.
'The Story of Manager Kim' tells the story of a middle-aged man who lost everything he believed was valuable in an instant going to 'real me' rather than a manager of a large company through a long journey. In the play, Ryu Seung-ryong plays Kim Nak-soo, head of the first sales team in his 25th year of joining the ACT company. After a sweaty run, he won the title of "'Seoulite + Manager of a large company', but he will stand in front of another test in his life.
Kim Nak-su, a seemingly perfect but insecure man inside. Having lived as the head of a tranquil family with a wife and a son of a prestigious university student, and a model office worker who has never missed a promotion, he is now facing the final gateway of 'executive promotion'. However, the wall from employee to executive is higher than expected. Will Kim be able to update his business card even more splendidly.
In the still cut released, the smell of a real office worker is strong. Under the subtitle 'Human Documentary Life Theater', Kim Nak-su's return home with sagging shoulders after being nagged by his boss reminds me of my father and ordinary office worker around us. His story of enduring every day as a sincere manager at work and a strong breadwinner at home will stimulate viewers' sympathy.
