‘My Daughter is a Zombie’ Wins Most Popular Film at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards

The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards were held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 19th.
The movie `Zombie Daughter' won the most viewership award with 5.63 million viewers.
CEO Kwon Mi-kyung said, `Thank you to the audience who watched the zombie daughter movie, and thank the original author, Im Yoon-chang, even though it has a different ending from the original. Thank you to Naver Webtoon for supporting both sides of the water. I want to take it as a meaningful movie for a meaningful Korean movie."
Director Phil Gam-seong, who directed the production, said, `I remember the first time I met CEO Kwon Mi-kyung on stage to direct the `Zombie Daughter.' When I said I'd direct, I said 'I have a grandmother, a cat, and a daughter who is scarier than a zombie. Thank you for entrusting me with the beautiful original work. I also thank NEW for entrusting me with the investment. We would like to thank the audience for allowing us to do this miracle for the staff and actors. I'll make a better movie that sympathizes with you."
