Seventeen will come back with a new album next month.

Seventeen posted a video of this year's major plans on the team's official SNS at 10 p.m. on the 21st. According to this, Seventeen will release its fifth full-length album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' on May 26. In addition, the tour, as well as new unit singles and new content were announced, making people look forward to various activities this year.

SEVENTEEN's full-length album has been released in about three years since 'Face the Sun' in 2022. 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' is an expression made by combining the English word 'Birthday' which means 'birthday' and 'Burst' which means popping. Pledis Entertainment, the agency, explained that their determination to be reborn as a "new Seventeen" is embedded in the names of these albums.

Shinbo is released on the 10th anniversary of SEVENTEEN's debut, adding meaning. Since their debut on May 26, 2015, they have continued their heyday by challenging and expanding. He stood tall as a 'Super IDOL', showing the ideal aspects expected of K-pop artists, such as passion to move to the wider world, bold challenge spirit not afraid of change, strong teamwork, and deep connection with fans.

The unique promotion method is also eye-catching. SEVENTEEN previously posted the phrase '2025.05.26 HAPPY BIRTHDAY' on the electronic display right after the fan meeting in March. Subsequently, additional videos containing scorched invitations were released on social media, arousing fans' curiosity. In the video, the invitation unfolded, and Seventeen's schedule was unveiled.

"SEVENTEEN is planning to visit CARATs around the world with various contents and performances, including their fifth full-length album, to mark the 10th anniversary of their debut this year," Pledis Entertainment said. "We ask for your anticipation and interest in their future activities."




SEVENTEEN will have a fan meeting in Japan. The members will perform 'SEVENTEEN 2025 JAPAN FAN MEETING'HOLIDAY' at Kyocera Dome Osaka on the 24th and 26th and 27th, and Saitama Super Arena on May 10-11.
