BTS Jin proved his powerful presence as a solo artist by breaking 'Career High' on Billboard in the United States.

According to a chart preview article published on the official website by the U.S. music media Billboard on the 26th (Korea Standard Time), Jin's second mini album 'Echo' ranked third in the main album chart 'Billboard 200' (May 31). This is the highest ranking for Jin's solo album 'Billboards 200'. His previous work 'Happy', which was released in November 2024, ranked fourth on the chart.

'Echo' is an album that depicts various moments of life spreading like an echo of different appearances. Jin is drawing sympathy from music fans by telling stories and emotions that everyone has experienced at least once from his own perspective.




The album, which contains a total of seven songs, covers various genres such as pop-punk, country rock, Brit rock, J-rock, alternative rock, and ballad pop based on band sound. Jin is said to have shown a more expanded world of music with delicate sensibilities and vocals that fit the emotions of each song.

'Echo' earlier resonated with the UK 'Official Chart Albums Top 100' (May 23-29) at No. 63. It was the first time that his solo work entered the U.K. 'Official Chart Album Top 100', which is called the world's two biggest albums chart, along with the U.S. ' Billboard 200'.

The popularity of music sources is also strong. The title song of 'Echo'Don't Say You Love Me' has soared to No. 2 on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform, as of May 24th. The song was ranked 58th on the UK 'Official Chart Single Top 100' and topped all three detailed charts: 'Download Single', 'Single Sales' and 'Physical Single'.

Jin will hold his first solo fan concert tour '#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR' at the auxiliary stadium of Goyang Stadium in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang from June 28 to 29. After that, he will meet ARMY around the world with 18 performances in nine cities, including Chiba and Osaka, Japan, Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark, London, England, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Jin's 轉 has so far placed a total of six albums ('LOVE YOURSELF 結 'Tear', 'LOVE YOURSELF 結 'Answer', 'MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA', 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7', 'BE', 'Proof') on top of the Billboard 200'.
