IU Returns with Flower Bookmark 3 Today

IU will release her third remake album 'Flower Bookmark Set' through various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 27th. IU also re-interpreted masterpieces with her own sensibility and lyrical voice while maintaining the charm of the original song in this album. IU, who has been receiving favorable reviews for performing various remakes such as 'Autumn Morning', 'Your Meaning', and 'Sleeping Night Rain' in the previous series, will present a deep sensibility that encompasses generations again.
▶Title song 'Never ending story'… IU's lyricism is added to the revival masterpiece
The title song 'Never Ending Story' is the representative song released by the band Boohwal in 2002, and it is a great song in the 2000s that has been loved by Kim Tae-won for writing and composing, and Lee Seung-chul for singing. Composer Seo Dong-hwan, who co-wrote IU's "Love Wins All", arranged the remake and reinterpreted it with a dreamy and emotional atmosphere based on piano and string.

Musician Onestein with a unique tone participated in 'Last God', and Su-min and Slom participated in the arrangement to complete a sophisticated sound that exquisitely incorporates 'Firm Hip'. Baming Tiger, a musician group who pioneered the alternative K-pop genre, participated in the arrangement of 'Beauty', while member Yeom also participated in the lyrics and composition of Outro. Attention is focusing on how IU and Baming Tiger reinterpreted Korean rock legend Shin Joong-hyun's 'Beauty'.

The music video for 'Never Ending Story', which will be released at the same time, was produced in homage to the movie 'Christmas in August'. After the teaser was released on the 26th, it was praised as if it reminded me of an emotional movie, raising expectations for the main film. It was produced with official homage permission from the distributors of the film, Sidus Co., Ltd. and Director Heo Jin-ho, and has been directed by Kyung since he worked with IU in the music videos of 'Palette' and 'Night Letter'.
