Hanro released its third EP 'Jamong Apricot Club' through various music sites at 12 p.m. today (4th).
This album is a complex creation that shares the same worldview as the previously published novel of the same name. It has attracted attention as a new musical and literary attempt to enjoy music containing lyrics and compressed narratives that expand into novels at the same time.
EP 'Jamong Apricot Club' contains a total of seven songs, including the title song 'Running Time' and the pre-released song 'Run Away', 'Suspect', 'Suspect', '0+0' and '_'.
Each track exists as an independent song, and at the same time, it is organically connected to a novel that tells the story of four middle school girls who have their own pain when they meet and experience it, expanding the boundaries of the genre.
Hanro sheds light on the tragedy of an era when children are pushed to the edge of a cliff when they should spend the purest and most beautifully through the "Jamong Apricot Club". If a story facing the cruel reality was written as a novel, the music album completed the story beyond the story by drawing the emotions of the narrator in the novel using musical phrases such as repetitive guitar riffs, rising band sounds, and shuggaging arrangements.
Meanwhile, Hanro, who has consistently dealt with incomplete and unstable youth since his debut single 'Ipchun', has expanded his writer's world view further by delivering insightful messages about solidarity and love while facing reality through 'Jamong Apricot Club'.
Hanro's third EP 'Jamong Apricot Club', which became an icon leading the new musical flow with such a bold and fresh move, was released on various music sites at 12 p.m. today (4th).
