Kim Jin-hwan wrapped up his new album '207' with Mnet 'M Countdown In Boryeong' which aired on the afternoon of the 7th.
Prior to the official release, Kim Jin-hwan opened his activities by visiting fans first with the pre-released title 'We Can't Explain'. Kim Jin-hwan then showed an intense transformation with another title 'OBEY' to maximize the polar concept.
