Heo Chan-mi spent 10 years as a trainee but failed to make her debut twice. Heo Chan-mi said "My parents were worried about me, so they opened the room every two or thirty minutes to check and leave. I spent five or six months like that. I didn't have the courage to live. I thought it would be difficult to make a comeback because I can let people know about the unfairness through the broadcast," he said, confessing that he even wrote his will. However, Heo Chan-mi later concluded the story by saying that the power of religion can overcome the crisis.
