According to Chosun Biz on the 28th, the Seoul Northern District Court sent A to the juvenile department of the Seoul Family Court on charges of violating the Donation Act. The prosecution comprehensively judged the age and seriousness of A's actions and handed it over to the protection case procedure, not criminal punishment.
The Juvenile Department of the Family Court reviews A's age, degree of behavior, and possibility of edification to hear whether to deal with the protection case.
