If necessary, protective measures such as admonition social service probation may be taken, and if deemed minor, non-disposition shall be terminated.

Team Bernese is a fan union created last year when the conflict between Hive and Newzins began, introducing itself as a group of experts from all walks of life who support Newzins.

Mr. A was sent over the issue of double donations. Team Bernese raised donations online on Oct. 21 last year, declaring legal action to Newzins haters. As a result, donations of more than 50 million won were collected in about eight hours. However, this sparked controversy over the violation of the Donation Act.

The current Donations Act stipulates that if you want to raise donations of more than 10 million won, you must register with the competent authority. Violation of this can result in up to three years in prison or a fine of up to 30 million won.

However, the fundraising was not reported in advance, and netizens filed a complaint through the National Newspaper. As a result, an investigation by the investigative agency began and Mr. A was caught.

Donations are currently frozen. If the investigative agency is investigating, donations will be restricted to preserve evidence, and unused amounts will be returned to the donor depending on the results of the investigation.
