No Cut News reported on the 31st that `The court issued provisional measures in recognition of Lee Jin-ho's stalking crime, and Lee Jin-ho stopped broadcasting on YouTube related to the late Kim Saeron for three months.'
According to the media, Kwon Young-chan, director of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, who has been communicating with the bereaved family of Kim Sae-ron, said on CBS No Cut News that Lee Jin-ho's stalking crime was recognized today (31st) and provisional measures were issued by the court. Accordingly, Lee Jin-ho said that he cannot broadcast on YouTube for three months related to the late Kim Sae-ron and his bereaved family.
In addition, the media added that the bereaved family will file an additional complaint against Lee Jin-ho for defamation by false facts in connection with his recent broadcast.
Earlier, on the 17th, the bereaved family filed a criminal complaint against Lee Jin-ho, who runs the YouTube channel Entertainment President Lee Jin-ho, on charges of violating the Information and Communication Network Act and information protection.
In response, Lee Jin-ho said on his channel on the 28th that his legal representative, lawyer Boo Boo Boo-seok of the law firm, will drive me as a murderer, hold a press conference, and even file an additional complaint for stalking. These remarks themselves proved that the recording of the deceased, the phone call with the official at the time, and the contents of the phone call with the ex-boyfriend, which I disclosed, were all true, he claimed.
Then 'Gaseyeon's argument surrounding me is the people's trial itself. There are other decisive reasons for the death of the deceased, so don't reveal the truth and disappear? The January 8 claim, which was the only basis, has been refuted for a long time and has continued to instigate only one-sided claims without the judgment of the investigative agency. I have additional data to disprove their claims as well as to prove their innocence," he added.
