Broadcaster Park Myung-soo showed off his unexpected life skills.

Han Soo-min purchased a building in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul for 2.9 billion won in 2011, increased the value of the building by using Starbucks, and sold the building for 4.66 billion won in 2014, earning more than 1 billion won in market profit.

In December 2014, Han Soo-min purchased a building and site located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul for 8.9 billion won and opened Starbucks and sold it for 17.35 billion won five years later, enjoying a market profit of more than 8.4 billion won.

Han Soo-min, who enjoyed more than 10 billion won in market profits from the method, purchased a building located in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul for 13.7 billion won last year. The building was home to Starbucks, which houses a dessert cafe and an entertainment office.
