Yun Sang-jung, who is growing step by step from 'short script' to 'study group', is stealing the hearts of viewers.

The original TVing series 'Study Group' (played by Oh Bo-hyun, directed by Lee Jang-hoon) tells the story of Yoon Ga-min (Hwang Min-hyun), a boy who wants to study well but is only talented in fighting, forming a study group at Yuseong High School, the worst school on earth. The number of paid TVing subscribers has topped the list for four consecutive weeks, bringing viewers' desire for season 2.

It also has great popularity in foreign countries beyond Korea. It was released on the global stage through Rakuten Viki, and as a result, it ranked in the top 2 in 74 countries, including major countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, France, and the UAE, and ranked in the top 5 in 147 countries. It also topped the list in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Yoon Sang-jeo, who met Sports Chosun after the end of the `Study Group" program, felt his popularity increase. The article didn't go well because I couldn't do the production presentation, but it seemed to have gone viral from the 3rd and 4th episodes. I felt a lot of foreigners leaving comments on social media, but at that time, it was a little... 'Huh?'He did. And his Instagram followers have increased by four times. Originally, there were not many followers, but from 60,000 and 70,000 to 247,000 (as of the interview date). I'm watching comments in Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and English," he said with a bright smile.

The reaction from people around him was also enthusiastic. Yoon Sang-jung, who had already shown his face on the global stage through 'In-house Confrontation', has gained attention by taking on a larger role through 'Study Group'. Yoon Sang-jung said "People around me say they're watching it well and they send it to me as a release or shorts." Fans of 'Short Script' say 'Inna went to high school and is playing with the team members. It's refreshing to remember that."

Choi Hee-won, played by Yoon Sang-jung, clearly defended the study group as a 'intelligent character' who can even drive a drone, although his combat power in the play is poor. In response, Yoon Sang-jung said "Hee-won's early personality is not very close to me. I think I'm not a shy person who is relatively shy than an introvert. I've never done a lot of shouting at someone, but I tried to show the changing points well as I felt that the character would live well in three dimensions. Hee-won's performance on the webtoon is actually not a person that stands out. So, when the drama was made, I thought about whether I could be seen as a noncombatant among the combat members and how to approach it convincingly, and I also thought about how to express that part in a way that sometimes comes out of nowhere."

Her new school uniform at the age of 27 was also a hot topic. Yoon Sang-jung, who has been mainly in charge of office workers' characters, showed off her school uniform acting through 'Into Your Time' and 'Study Group'. Yoon Sang-jung said "I didn't have much experience in academy materials, so I was worried about what if I had really young friends in the field. Honestly, it's true that it's obvious on the monitor. When I see my minor role friends in the field, they are in their late teens and early 20s, so I thought about 'What if I feel a sense of distinction?' But I think it was okay because I acted with my friends in their 30s."

He also had good chemistry with Hwang Min-hyun. Yoon Sang-jung said "People are nice and nice. Anyway, among my peers, my brother is the centerpiece, and I felt that he was really sincere. 'What did you do the day before the shooting? If you ask ', they say they went to the gym or action school. He keeps his diet, and he doesn't make NG on the spot. I felt like I would know what was shown even if I didn't know my brother's past. I had a lot of positive influences, and it seemed that if the leader stood upright in the group, so did the surroundings. It was admirable."

Kim Go-eun and Hong Kwang-ho's junior and Hayerin's motive led him to graduate from the theater and film department at Gyewon Art High School, but they were time to admit deficiency. Yoon Sang-jung went to the theater and film department of Gyewon Arts High School because she wanted to do such a work while watching 'Dead Poet's Sol' when she was in the third grade of middle school. Until middle school, I thought my face was okay, but when I went to the art school, there were so many great friends who danced well, were pretty, and were good at singing. So when I entered high school, I had a lot of deficiencies. I have to audition for a role in an on-campus play or workshop, but don't they all want the main character. As a person who was a part of it, I think I felt a great frustration that the results of my efforts did not follow. I'm not exceptionally pretty, I'm not good at dancing, I'm not good at singing, so I think I should be good at acting. What's my image? What color would it be? What would be your first impression?I agonized over ' he said.

His own color, which he found in that way, is still good nourishment to this day. Yoon Sang-jung "Looking back, I used to be cute and the youngest, but when I was in high school, I hated it because my image seemed to be limited. 'I thought, 'I can act deeply, too.' But from the first time I stepped into a commercial drama, I played the role of a part-timer and a cute youngest, and I think I've come to think, `If this is the first time someone sees me, I'll try hard with that.' I feel sublimated to my strengths."

Yoon Sang-jung is now growing into a talent who has filled his inner balls instead of impatience. He seems to have tried to admit it because of his haste, because of his desire to survive as an actor, because of his dream. In fact, when I was in high school, I was painting my dream of becoming an actor rosy, and I thought about what role I wanted to play at 25, and what kind of award I wanted to receive at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, but it wasn't like that. I think it's because I found out that I have many friends who are superior to what I have. In the past, I used to choose a role model by specifying certain seniors, but now when I look back, I want to be the one who spends a decent time with me. My dream is to be healthy and be a person who can be firmly maintained as an actor. I am a role model when I look at it further," he said, adding to expectations for Yoon's future development.
