BJ Seya (real name Park Dae-se, 36) was sentenced to prison on charges of collective drug administration.

On the 4th, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Seya, who was arrested and charged with violating the law on aggravated punishment for certain crimes, to three and a half years in prison. It also ordered a 40-hour completion of a drug addiction treatment program and a fine of 153.16 million won.

The court said "The period in which the defendant handled drugs is not short, and the types of drugs handled are diverse, and the amount is significant." He frequently encountered drugs by instructing business officials and acquaintances who were in a difficult position to reject his request to purchase drugs, and eventually participated as an accomplice. The crime is not good, the dependence on drugs is very high, and there is a high possibility of recidivism."




However, "The Defendant has committed crimes to relieve sleep disorders and depression that he has experienced for a long time. Confessing drug dependence, he strongly pledged to overcome it and not to repeat it, and seems to have actively cooperated with the investigation."

BJ Seya is accused of receiving drugs from BJ Kim Kang-pae (real name Kim Jae-wang, 34), a former gangster YouTuber, and administering drugs several times with acquaintances at his home.

He confessed a year and a half ago in August last year and went to the police station. Since then, I have been investigated faithfully by the police"He confessed.




BJ Kim Kang-pae appealed in September last year after being sentenced to three years in prison on charges of violating the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes and Violation of the Narcotics Control Act.
