"Lack of sexual awareness"...Sunwoo Eun-sook's ex-husband Yoo Young-jae admits all charges in the appeals court

On the 16th, the Suwon High Court held its first trial of appeal against Yoo Young-jae, who was arrested and charged with violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (forced harassment by relatives). Yoo Young-jae was put on trial on charges of forcibly molesting his then wife, Sunwoo Eun-sook's biological sister A, five times from March to October last year.
Earlier, the first trial court sentenced Yoo Young-jae to two and a half years in prison and arrested him in court, and ordered a 40-hour completion of sexual violence treatment programs and a five-year employment restriction at institutions related to children and the disabled.
On this day, Yoo Young-jae appeared in court in a veterinary suit and acknowledged all the crimes, but said he appealed to the effect that the sentence was unfair. In his final statement, Yoo said "We reflect on the damage caused by lack of awareness of sexual awareness and intimacy and apologize to the victim."
Yoo Young-jae remarried actor Sunwoo Eun-sook in 2022, but divorced in about a year and a half. Since then, allegations of common-law marriage and third-marriage have been raised, and Sunwoo Eun-sook has filed a lawsuit to cancel the marriage, but the court has dismissed the claim, judging that there is no interest in the lawsuit.
